Backup Server New Protocol (faster and more features)
When publishing an application, the name and startup folder are generated automatically after you browse for an application.
Fixed logon machnism, hiding of application works for both a server which requires user credentials and for server which dont require user credentials

Using client system settings (border width, title bar size, title bar font, etc) for the server applications (maybe we add an option to enable this).

Detecting of windows improved (rewritten).
All windows should be sent to the client.
The server now synchronizes the title text, small icon, and large icon with the client.
